swift – CoreData de SQLite prepopulado

He poblado una database con CoreData y ahora quiero utilizarlo como database pnetworkingeterminada en mi aplicación en swift. Lo he leído pero solo encontré tutoriales en Objective-C y los methods de Core Data que Xcode6 crea en AppDelegate son amablemente extraños para mí …

Lo que quiero es usar un file sqlite que tengo en mi package de aplicaciones en lugar de crear una database vacía. ¿Cómo puedo lograr eso?

Copia el file sqlite del package de aplicaciones al lugar donde se encuentra la tienda persistente.
